Post holiday mood...

0545hours; pretty sure the alarm was in silent mode! Either I slept like a log, or, I slept like a log!

Fortunately, Dyna was in time for her school bus. I felt like crawling back to bed. Surely there have to be a good reason for me not wanting to go to work - I have no clue! It's just for the money; no more job satisfaction. Sigh!

Patrick, our Vice-President, was one of the first to greet me with New Year's greeting. Then came Andrew, with his goodies from Hanoi. Andrew asked Patrick if his trip back to Europe, Belgium to be exact, was good. Patrick's reply - negative. A day before he reached Belgium, his eighty over years old mother was hospitalized and in his opinion, she is dying when he left her for Singapore. So, I can understand why.

Nothing major happened at work - I just didnt care. Not good! Not good at all! First day at work, I am already looking forward to the next holiday. Oh, by the way, lest we forgotten. I have a date. Yes! A date. We're going to service the car in JB.

I was preparing dinner when Uyop called me from below. He was from his routine jog. Dyna's school bus came much earlier today. I am beat - short blog!
